SHIPPING & HANDLING

• All shipping within New Zealand is a free tracked service using NZ Courier Post. This includes rural delivery addresses within New Zealand.

• International shipping (all orders sent outside of New Zealand) will incur a NZ$15 shipping charge.

• International shipping is completed with tracking numbers via Courier Post within NZ and local shipping providers in the delivery country.

PACKAGING

All orders are packaged with care and using minimal and sustainable packaging.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on your location however will usually be delivered in 5-7 business days.  Please add a further 2 days for rural delivery.  Items will be sent via NZ Courier Post within the next 2 business days.  There may be some delay during public holidays.  You will be advised when your item has been despatched and you will be provided with the tracking number.

LOST OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order goes missing, please let me know as soon as possible. I will make contact with NZ Post and lodge an enquiry in an attempt to recover your parcel.  I do not take responsibility for items that cannot be retrieved by NZ Post.

DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS CLEARANCES

Prices shown are in NZD and do not reflect local currency conversion.
You, the customer will need to pay for any local customs duty or taxes on delivery.
Standard delivery is 5-7 working days via New Zealand Post Courier service. The postal service is a tracked service.
Your package maybe subject to local customs, duty or brokerage charges. The purchaser, not Forge Jewellery is responsible for these charges and we cannot confirm in advance what these fees will be. If there are any extra charges or additional postal charges to pay, the courier service will contact you and require payment before they can deliver your order. Refusal of delivery will result in a deduction of the original and return shipping charges from any refund.
