RETURNS and REFUNDS

 

Items may be returned to Forge Jewellery if they are faulty.  Please notify us of any such faulty item within 2 days of receipt of item.
Forge Jewellery reserves the right to repair or replace the item/s in the first instance. If repairing or replacing the item/s is not available then a store credit will be issued or a refund will be transferred to the customer's bank account.

It is at the discretion of Forge Jewellery to exchange or credit an item that is unwanted due to a change of heart. In such an event, and in negotiation with Forge Jewellery, the item must be returned in as new condition, using the original packing within 10 days.
The customer must notify Forge Jewellery of the returning of the item, and the reasons for doing so, within 3 days of receiving the item.
Return shipping must be organised by the customer.
Exchange or credit will not be given if the customer has damaged the goods. This includes damage caused by inadequate packing when returning goods.

Refunds and returns are not provided for goods commissioned by the customer.


*Please note - All items provided by Forge Jewellery are handmade and are perfectly imperfect with tool marks and other slight imperfections deliberately left to enhance the handmade nature of such items.  These inconsistencies are not deemed faults and claims will only be considered if there are defects in workmanship or defective materials. Claims due to damage by negligence, accident or unreasonable use will not be recognised.
Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all descriptions, images and other information displayed - further questions are welcomed. 

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Forge Jewellery online store. By placing an order, you agree to and are bound by these terms.
