Meet and Greet
This complimentary 30-minute session is an opportunity for us to see whether we are a fit for one another. This can be done either in person or online.
Coaching Assessment
This is where we begin. During our 1.5 hours together we will start our deep dive with a full coaching assessment. Be prepared for lots of questions and honest self-inquiry! This time together will build the foundation upon which future sessions are based.
